Financiamento da produção agrícola sustentável familiar no Brasil e na França: Comparação entre programas públicos e privados de crédito para o agronegócio familiar sustentável nos dois países
Abstract:
This plan deals with relevant issues over the interaction between public policies, community-based organizations and the third sector. The field of study will be the oriented productive microcredit for family agribusiness, micro-entrepreneurs and informal entrepreneurs. The research will briefly describe the local reality, the actors involved to, finally, develop an improved understanding of the public sector efforts to perform the economic development and the interaction with other actors. The project was performed in a qualitative methodology, using secondary data and field investigation, including semi-structured interviews with local actors, according to the conversing researching technique. Throughout this work, it was discuss topics such as the interaction’s impact to the formulation and implementation of public policies, besides its influence in the local context. Nonetheless, it will study criteria for the interaction success, critical points for its feasibility and the main lessons or best practices that may be revealed by the cases studied.
