Abstract:

This article approaches us to one of the most debated topics of the last times worldwide: the Private Public Alliances. In a moment of high instability derived from the recent financial crisis, these mechanisms of inter-sectoral management, constitute a solid integrating instrument that represents an innovating answer to the deep global challenges that afflict contemporary societies. So it is that within a strategic scene, trying to unite the strengths of the intervening actors inside the society constitutes a propitious cohesion frame and interesting approach that would benefit the governance and the democratic development of the countries with unstable scenes.
