Presentation Special Issue New paradigms of public policies
Towards alternative methods in the analysis and treatment of complex problems
Abstract
Los artículos que aquí se incluyen se orientan a contribuir a un renovado panorama de la acción de gobierno a partir de discusiones en las que distintos especialistas explican y analizan nuevos derroteros teóricos, conceptuales y metodológicos que pueden fortalecer el perfil del análisis de políticas bajo la lógica del diálogo entre saberes, pues es a través de él como se reconoce y aborda la complejidad de los problemas públicos y, por tanto, se favorecen soluciones en el mismo tenor, es decir, transversales, integrales e interconectadas. En su conjunto, este ejercicio de repensamiento colectivo de las políticas públicas propone el conocimiento y comprensión en un sentido amplio de su estructura y funcionamiento, por lo que buena parte de la línea argumental que vincula a los distintos artículos se refiere a que la actuación y el estudio del gobierno no se limitan a cuestiones instrumentales o de procedimiento; por el contrario, se sitúan en un nivel que puede fortalecer sus referentes teóricos y empíricos, como es, entre otros, el proceso de elaboración, ejecución y evaluación de las políticas.
