The importance of the perception of buildings and equipment in the provision of public services. Example of municipal sports facilities
Abstract
In this article we analyze the quality of the service of the sports facilities, based on the product as one of the 4 p of the marketing mix. This study was madein the Baix Llobregat region (Barcelona) by asking users of six sports facilities. At the same time, the opinion of the users contrast with the opinions of the highest technical responsibles and the responsible politician himself. With a questionnaire prepared for this study, different items asked about the installation and the service, to know the perception of each of these agents and to be able to compare the different points of view. Different perspectives of the agents involved was analyzed, highlighting that the technicians and politicians tend to think that users have a more critical vision than ussually argues.
